Please read them carefully and do not use the platform if you do not agree to all of these terms and conditions.

  1. Customers consent to the collection, use and disclosure of the information and data handed over by them.
  2. Agree to comply to the rules, policies and disclaimers posted on ONCOLO or notified through email.
  3. ONCOLO is meant for general information, education, second opinion only and should not be substituted as medical advice or any professional healthcare-related service like being provided in the hospital or in person interactions. The answers, suggestions and recommendations offered by the experts may differ from your in-person visits or evaluations.
  4. Neither experts (Oncologists/doctors/Nurse specialists) are the employees or agents of ONCOLO nor ONCOLO works for them as an agent.
  5. ONCOLO is not responsible for the posts, suggestions, expert opinion being offered by the experts/oncologists/doctors as per their knowledge.
  6. ONCOLO reserves the right to remove access of any user (customer or expert) to the site.
  7. Emergency questions and situations should not be posted to ONCOLO, and emergency helpline must be contacted for that because this platform is not equipped for dealing with such situations.
  8. Every expert/doctor/oncologist has verified credentials in which capacity he/she is offering the services.
  9. Three types of services will be provided by the expert/doctor/oncologist to the user/customer/patient including live chat, phone call and video call. None of the services will establish any doctor-patient relationship and ONOCOLO is not responsible for any omissions made by the expert.
  10. User must create an account to access the site features. Transfer of accounts is not allowed without prior approval by ONCOLO.
  11. Posts between the customers and doctors are not confidential and can be used by ONCOLO for administrative purposes.
  12. Payment model: Pay per question –  Customer will be charged fixed payment for the posted case/question/problem. It is non-refundable once the service is provided.
  13. Feedback provided by the customer/users to an expert is not confidential and can be used by ONCOLO for the purpose of improvement of its own system.
  14. Customer consent to receiving any messages in the form of test message, wataspp message or emails.
  15. ONCOLO does not warrant the accuracy, legality, copyright compliance and decency of the material accessed on this site.
  16. ONCOLO reserves the right to carry out identity verification and background checks to ensure its functionality
  17. Under no circumstances ONCOLO is responsible for the losses either financial or medical, made by the use of this site or taking help from the experts on this site.
  18. Disputes:
  1. ONCOLO Support Team Resolution: In the event of a dispute, ONCOLO is committed to resolving issues promptly and fairly through its dedicated support team. Users are encouraged to contact the support team for assistance and resolution.
  2. Escalation to Local Laws: If a dispute remains unresolved within a specified period, users acknowledge and agree that local laws will govern the resolution process. ONCOLO will comply with legal procedures to address the dispute effectively.
  3. Class Action Waiver: By using ONCOLO, users expressly waive their right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration. Disputes will be resolved on an individual basis, and users agree not to join or consolidate claims with those of other users. This provision promotes a fair and efficient resolution process for all parties involved.
